Chris is a visionary CEO with an illustrious career spanning over 40 years of experience. He has substantial and trusted expertise in leading and pioneering successful new business operations in the B2B services environment globally.
In 1977, Chris started his career in OCS Group, a 100-year old facilities services company working across the five continents with over 91000 employees and worked for over 38 years with the company. After extensive work in the UK and overseas, he was appointed to the Group Board in 1985 and was elevated to the position of CEO in 1995. Being responsible for emerging companies and international business expansion, he led the organization towards expansion to several countries in the Asian and Australian continents. Under his leadership, OCS’ strong overseas performance earned the company the Queen's Award for Enterprise in International Trade.
In 2016, Chris joined Grant Thorton, an international firm for accountants and advisers in Bangkok, as Chairman and is leading their business development and client liaison efforts. He has been serving as the Non-Executive Director at Clipper Holdings, Hongkong since 2018. He also serves as an adviser and Non-Executive Director at other businesses in Asia, especially Thailand.
Chris has proven strategic, financial and commercial management skills, as well as, people development and interpersonal skills, both of which come naturally to him. He has delivered solutions with passion and conviction for even the most complex problems and in the face of changing business priorities.
Chris has served as the Director of World Federation of Building Service Contractors, UK for 19 years. He was Chair of The Building Futures Group, formerly Asset Skills, for 10 years and the Director of IFB Foundation for nearly 3 years, among others.
Chris’ extensive international experience and exposure have enabled him to acquire considerable cross-cultural experience, sensitivity and appreciation. He is a charismatic, compelling, motivating and enthusiastic public speaker and industry thought-leader.

Pradip is a first generation serial entrepreneur with a proven track record of success. An engineer by background, Pradip started his entrepreneurial journey in the late nineties by venturing into the business of managing technical and engineering services. Within a decade, he took the business to dizzy heights under the banner of “Absotherm”. His undying passion and desire to do something “new and path breaking”, was the primary reason of the Absotherm group’s foray into multiple business domain serving diverse business segments. The group is today present in the domain of Hospitality, industrial IoT wireless technology solutions, ITES, poultry farming, agriculture and others.
Pradip's thought leadership and the ability to visualise the future much before others, has been a driving force behind the Absotherm group venturing into technology enabled business solutions that benefit the customers and help in building an Eco friendly and a sustainable environment. His undying pursuit of “customer centricity” and keep customer as the focal point of his solutions, has helped the group to win repeat customers irrespective of the size or scale.
Pradip is a charismatic leader who leads from the front and by example, and is a strong inspiration to the professional management of the group companies. A humble human being with a strong exterior but a soft interior, who operates the group like one big family. Mandeep is a qualified CA and CMA with over 24 years of experience. He has extensive experience in managing businesses of large scale corporates at CXO level. In previous roles, he has managed key functions of business strategy & development, procurement, finance, human resources, business transformation and IT. He has worked with blue chip companies like GE, Eaton Corporation, Essar, Lafarge Holcim, Metro Cash and Carry.
Mandeep is a start-up specialist, and is credited with setting up green-field business services units for multinational companies. He is a certified Lean six-sigma Black Belt, and has turnaround many a loss making business units into profitable ventures.
He serves on the board of the Absotherm group, and plays a key role in driving the business operations of the group entities.

He comes with 36 years of experience across Industrial products and turnkey solutions, 25 years in leadership / CEO roles in power generation & energy savings solutions, setting up a new business, team building, Global penetration, Product and project business strategy, business processes and establish policies to drive revenues and bottom line, meeting management goals and objectives
Rajesh In his last role he lead Sterling & Wilson Co-gen vertical as Global CEO from March 2011 until April 2020, part of the USD 1.5 billion Sterling Wilson Pvt. Ltd. (S&W) with a global presence.
Astute business acumen, customer centricity, and flexible attitude saw growth of the S&W Co-gen vertical over the last half a decade both organically and inorganically.
Formerly in leadership roles with Turbomach ( A Caterpillar Company) and Thermax. His efforts established Turbomach and Thermax as leaders in gas-based co-generation, combined cycle power plants, energy, and heat recovery projects.
Rajesh completed B.E. (mechanical) from Manipal in 1984 and later executive MBA – Marketing from Mumbai university in 1986, a foodie and a fitness enthusiast, love to hit the right balance between food and fitness. He believes in informal and management style with human interface across the organization while making no concessions when it comes to delivering performance.
Arvinder Singh Chawla
Director – Business Development
Arvinder is a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA by qualification. He has three decades of rich experience of working with big conglomerates and being an entrepreneur. He started his career with Thermax Ltd in Projects department and during his tenure of 8 years, also managed services and sales for the western India. He embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 1998, by becoming a franchise of Thermax Ltd for selling heating equipment’s pan India. He ran this business successfully for 10 long years, and wooed the customers with his pleasing demeanour and charming personality. He was known for his customer centricity, and delivered bespoke solutions to the customers, enabling them to achieve significant business growth by serving clients like Johnson & Johnson, Asian Paints, Oberoi Hotel, Taj group, Crompton Greaves, Leela , ITC Grand Maratha amongst other big Clients.
Arvinder joined the Absotherm group in 2008 in the Business Development team. He was instrumental in driving business growth PAN India, and created a strong team which propelled the business to a significant scale with 18000plus workforce catering 1100 Clients. He acquired expertise in the Facility management domain, focusing on engineering and technical services. Post the sale of the facility management business of Absotherm group to OCS, he served OCS group for 6 years.
Arvinder re-joined the Absotherm group in 2019 to lead the Business Development of Aunoa Solutions.
Jayadatta S Patil
Director – Business Solutions
Jayadatta is a Mechanical Engineer from Mumbai. He worked for 5 years in Voltas Ltd, wherein the key responsibility was Project commissioning and after sales support for a range of products from central AC Plants, chiller plants (reciprocating, hermetic scroll and Centrifugal compressors) and HVAC equipment.
He joined Thermax Ltd in 1996, and was primarily responsible for managing turnkey projects for commissioning Absorption chillers and other HVAC equipment. In his 9 year stint with Thermax, he was also instrumental in setting up the sales and service franchise model, which became a very profitable SBU. He commissioned projects for prestigious clients like GAIL, Indorama Synthetics, Oberoi Hotels, Renaissance Hotels, Hyatt, American Embassy New Delhi, amongst other large clients. He was the Business Development Head of Western region for 2 years till 2005.
He worked for 14 years with DryAir India Pvt. Ltd , a company which specialised in the development of Liquid Desiccant technology based RH control systems. He was part of core founder’s team, which took the business from a concept stage to a flourishing business of Rupees 180 million. He played multiple roles including product development, marketing strategies, global business development.
Jayadatta joined Absotherm group in 2019, and leads the Business Solutions team at Aunoa Solutions Pvt Ltd .Jayadatta is a technocrat at heart and operates like a businessman whose primary focus is to provide customised solutions to the customers.
