CHALLENGE
The mall has shopping area of 3,47,000 sqft and houses 100+ brands. It has a 6 screen PVR Multiplex, and many leading brands. With a panoramic scenic view of and Chamundi Hill, the mall tenants faced a grave challenge of not being sent bills on time. The reason for this is manual recording, prepration and disemination of consuption patterns. All this resulted in delayed bill submission to tenants which lead to loss of time for revenue generation.
INTERVENTION
The team undertook in-depth study of the premises and planned the phased retrofitting of Auno BMS platform. It also implemented auto billing for all the tenants.
Results
The tenants were able to get bills in time, which resulted in timely collection. This was considerable improvement in the revenues of the mall.
The energy mapping and management resulted in direct improvement in saving.
